Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Graf Brothers Flooring, Inc. is seeking an experienced, upbeat Office Receptionist for immediate hire.

Purpose: Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. The Receptionist is also responsible for maintaining the telecommunications system.


Receptionist job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Welcomes visitors professionally by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring all inquiries.
  • Maintains telecommunication system. Answering up to 8 lines while maintaining front office area and other job duties.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with all procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related duties as needed.
  • Analyze, calculate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
  • Filing, copying, faxing
  • Miscellaneous job tasks as needed


Skills/Qualifications include but are not limited to:

  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of Receptionist related experience
  • Professional telephone etiquette
  • Flawless customer service skills
  • Incredible communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, & Access
  • Immaculate organization skills

Inventory Control Specialist

Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for oversight of raw materials inventory, data review, and supervision of incoming raw materials and consumptions. The candidate will have an acute attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to multi-task.



  • Assist in coordinating of inventory according to incoming orders.
  • Manage inventory, resolve discrepancies, and generate reports.
  • Own appropriate departmental processes and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
  • Recommends changes for process improvement to increase efficiency and productivity within the team and/or overall organization
  • Work collaboratively with accounting and purchasing departments.


Skills & qualifications

  • Must be computer literate including but not limited to; Outlook, Excel, Word & Access
  • Previous experience in with Inventory control, preferred not required.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a good employment history of training, decision making, and efficiency.
  • Ability to perform tasks consistently and accurately.
  • Must have strong math and problem solving skills.
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, energetic and able to multi-task
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must have a valid drivers license
