Graf Brothers is now offering our daily rip-line production of moulder ready blanks as a new product line for our customers!

Primary species offered is White Oak in both Plain Sawn and Rift and Quarter.

Moulder Blanks can be used for products such as moldings, trim, cabinetry, tabletops, flooring blanks, and many more.

Advantages:

Moulder Blanks are ripped on the 1⁄2” with our state-of-the-art rip line. All products are kiln dried to 6-8% moisture content. Material is moulder-ready, and provides maximum yield and less waste, decreasing overall cost in product and freight.

Why buy random width lumber to warehouse excess material when moulder ready blanks can be purchased on a per job basis?

  • Moulder -ready with 99% usability
  • No side-bend
  • Product is ripped two edges on the 1⁄2” to width, and surfaced to 15/16”
  • Reduced freight cost due to material being moulder ready
  • Material is defected, pre-chopped and meets NOFMA specifications
